Job Description
he Distribution Assistant plays a vital role in organizing and implementing distribution activities within the district. This includes assisting with the preparation and verification of beneficiary lists, setting up distribution points, supporting crowd control, and ensuring accurate documentation of items distributed. The role requires effective coordination with logistics, program, and security teams to guarantee safe and efficient delivery of services. Post-distribution monitoring and feedback collection are also part of the responsibilities to enhance future distributions and address concerns.

How to Apply
Prepare relief items and organize them in line with distribution plans.
Verify and register beneficiaries to ensure proper identification and documentation.
Assist with the setup and smooth operation of distribution points.
Guide beneficiaries during distributions to ensure orderly and respectful interactions.
Maintain detailed distribution records, including quantities issued and beneficiary acknowledgments.
Report any irregularities, delays, or security concerns promptly to supervisors.
Work with logistics and security teams to facilitate safe delivery and setup of items.
Support post-distribution activities, including monitoring and collecting beneficiary feedback.

Ability to interact respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds.
