How to Apply
Dispensing Medications: Accurately dispense medications in accordance with standard dispensing guidelines.
Patient Education & Counseling: Provide essential education and counseling to patients on medication use and adherence.
Collaborative Care: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient-centered care.
Quality Assurance: Participate in internal quality assurance audits and conduct periodic checks on drug use, storage, and handling across various units.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation and reporting on daily pharmacy operations.
Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) & Pharmacovigilance (PV):
Engage in activities related to AMR and PV to ensure patient safety and optimal use of medications.
Educational Background: Diploma in Pharmacy or Clinical Medicine.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a community pharmacy or hospital pharmacy practice
