Job Description
To provide strategic direction in the management of stadium operations, including facilities maintenance, safety and security, ICT systems, and event logistics, to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable service delivery that meets national and international standards.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies, procedures, and standard operating manuals for efficient service delivery.
- Develop strategies and ICT systems for ensuring safety, healthy environment and security operations, including risk assessment, crowd control, emergency response, and disaster preparedness.
- Develop plans for maintaining, repairing, and optimal utilization of stadium facilities, infrastructure, and equipment.
- Coordinate event operations, logistics, and scheduling to ensure seamless execution of sporting, cultural, and corporate functions.
- Monitor contracts with external service providers, ensuring value for money and compliance with performance standards.
- Monitor utilities management (energy, water, and waste) and implement cost control measures for sustainable operations.
