Job Description
The Direct Sales Agents will play a vital role in driving product awareness, increasing sales, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
They will be responsible for conducting door-to-door and field marketing activities, registering SIM cards, educating customers about available products and services, and supporting airtime and data purchases.
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced work environment where performance and professionalism are rewarded.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Engage customers to promote and sell telecom products and services.
Educate clients on available product offers and benefits.
Register SIM cards and assist with conversions.
Facilitate airtime and data purchases.
Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing team.
Prepare and submit daily activity and sales reports.
Uphold the company’s standards for excellent customer service and ethical sales conduct.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum qualification: Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least two (2) years of experience in direct sales, marketing, or customer engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive, confident, and results-oriented personality.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet sales targets.
Fluency in English and local languages is an added advantage.
