As a digital marketing associate at Renew Capital, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing digital marketing strategies to promote our brand and product. You will play a crucial role in driving online traffic to our website, increasing brand awareness, improving our social media engagement and ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, Hubspot and social media.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
Collaborate with the Media Co team to create engaging content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and values.
Oversee the management of our website and social media, ensuring it is optimized for user experience, SEO and conversion rate optimization.
Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the curve in digital marketing practices.

A bachelor's degree program in marketing, communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification in digital marketing is a plus.
5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, Adobe and content management systems.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
