How to Apply
Digital Transformation & Strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for integrating digital technologies and automation into production operations.
Ensure seamless integration of new digital systems with existing operational technologies.
Align all digital initiatives with business objectives, including productivity improvement, cost reduction, and increased competitiveness.
Deploy and manage data collection and analysis tools (sensors, IoT devices, ERP systems) to gather real-time operational data.
Guarantee smooth interoperability between all digital tools and platforms to avoid data silos.
Stay current with emerging technologies such as AI-driven process optimization, additive manufacturing (3D printing), and digital twins.
Continuously evaluate and adopt innovative digital solutions to enhance production efficiency and customer satisfaction.
IT Systems & Security
Support the IT department in maintaining and repairing the organization’s network infrastructure.
Configure network drivers and troubleshoot network connectivity issues across equipment and computers.
Conduct regular risk assessments and implement cybersecurity monitoring tools.
Sustainability & Efficiency
Drive energy efficiency programs using digital monitoring tools to manage energy, water, and raw material consumption.
Utilize digital solutions to minimize waste and promote sustainable production processes.
Training & Capacity Building
Ensure employees are adequately trained in the use of digital platforms and tools.
Promote a digital culture across departments through ongoing learning and support.
ISO & Compliance
Implement and maintain all ISO systems in the company.
Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and ensure the use of PPE at all times.
Other Duties
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Authority & Reporting
Reports To: Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Interfaces With: All Heads of Departments and relevant company personnel
Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping across all work areas.
Enforce PPE usage and safe working procedures at all times.
Train and guide employees on safe work practices and environmental awareness.
Identify resources and improvements required to enhance EHS standards.
Respond promptly to incidents, assist with investigations, and ensure appropriate medical attention for affected staff.
Safeguard company property, promote teamwork, integrity, and a safety-first culture.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Office Computing, or Computer Science.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar or related role.
