Provide technical expertise to support sales efforts, translate customer needs into tailored solutions, and help close new business opportunities. Pre Sales bridges technical understanding and commercial value.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with Sales Executives to understand client requirements and design customized cloud/tech solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts.
- Assist in responding to RFPs, RFis, and tenders with technical content.
- Provide detailed solution documentation and collaborate with engineering teams for feasibility.
- Support training of internal teams about product capabilities and new features.
