Job Description
The Digital Intern – Generative AI will be responsible for utilizing and optimizing generative AI tools to streamline operations and enhance digital content. The intern will assist in AI prompt refinement, automation of tasks, trend analysis, and documentation of processes. This role provides an exciting opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in artificial intelligence and digital transformation to gain hands-on experience.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Create engaging multimedia content using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, and Canva AI.
Refine and optimize AI prompts, collect user feedback, and analyze AI usage data.
Develop SOPs for AI tools and identify tasks suitable for automation.
Ensure all AI implementations comply with legal, ethical, and organizational policies.
Monitor AI trends, test new features, and recommend innovative tools for team adoption.
Assist in training teams on AI usage and support digital transformation initiatives.
Document AI tools used, maintain project records, and provide regular progress reports.
Contribute to chatbot training or fine-tune language models using internal data.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Media, or a related field.
Experience & Skills:
Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway, Canva AI).
Basic knowledge of coding or scripting in Python, JavaScript, or related languages.
Demonstrated interest in AI, digital innovation, and emerging technologies.
Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Team-oriented and able to collaborate across departments.
