Job Description
As a Digital Experience Designer, you will play a key role in enhancing the user experience across marketing pages, landing pages, and internal interfaces. Your work will include:
Creating eye-catching visuals for digital campaigns.
Developing and refining UI/UX components to improve product engagement.
Implementing AI-powered design tools to streamline workflows.
Collaborating with product and marketing teams to ensure cohesive design.
Staying updated on digital design trends to bring fresh aesthetics to the product.

How to Apply

Required Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and Illustrator.
Strong understanding of user behavior and conversion-driven design.
Experience with AI-assisted design tools like ChatGPT, MidJourney, and Stable Diffusion.
Ability to work within existing design systems and component libraries.
Expertise in interactive prototyping, A/B testing, and analytics.
Ability to create simple micro-animations.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in fast-paced environments.
Language Proficiency: B2+ level in English; C1+ level in Russian.
