Job Description

As a Digital Experience Designer, you will play a key role in enhancing the user experience across marketing pages, landing pages, and internal interfaces. Your work will include:

  • Creating eye-catching visuals for digital campaigns.

  • Developing and refining UI/UX components to improve product engagement.

  • Implementing AI-powered design tools to streamline workflows.

  • Collaborating with product and marketing teams to ensure cohesive design.

  • Staying updated on digital design trends to bring fresh aesthetics to the product.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and Illustrator.

  • Strong understanding of user behavior and conversion-driven design.

  • Experience with AI-assisted design tools like ChatGPT, MidJourney, and Stable Diffusion.

  • Ability to work within existing design systems and component libraries.

  • Expertise in interactive prototyping, A/B testing, and analytics.

  • Ability to create simple micro-animations.

  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in fast-paced environments.

  • Language Proficiency: B2+ level in English; C1+ level in Russian.
