Job Description
District Management is seeking a skilled ICT System Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize computer systems and software operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and support both technical and non-technical users.

- Monitor, maintain, and support computer systems and software
- Diagnose and resolve system and network issues
- Provide technical support to users
- Ensure system security and data integrity
- Install, configure, and update software and systems
- Document system processes and technical solutions
- Collaborate with teams to improve ICT efficiency
- Ensure timely resolution of technical challenges
