Job Description
To provide strategic and inspirational leadership to UTB team ensuring that UTB has a clear and compelling vision and well developed strategic and risk assurance plans that result in the delivery of quality services to achieve the organization’s mandate as specified in the Tourism Act.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Investment promotion and facilitation
- Managing the quality assurance function of UTB including ensuring internal risk controls, risk management and governance processes
- Coordination of Support to the private sector institutions
- Enhancing Efficiency and Effectiveness in Public Procurement and Disposal at UTB
- Strategy Formulation & Implementation and Performance Management.
- Strategic Contribution. Policy Development and Review to support UTB operations and processes
- Development of the MICE Industry
- Resource Mobilisation and Stakeholder Management Team Performance Management
