  • A minimum of 3 years of proven B2B sales experience within the technology sector in Uganda, with a track record of consistent success.

  • Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of Dell Technologies’ latest commercial portfolio, including:

  • Laptops/PCs: Current Dell Pro or Latitude models (including Al PCs).

  • Servers: PowerEdge 16th Generation (16G) rack and tower servers (e.g., R-series).

  • Enterprise Storage: PowerStore, PowerMax, or PowerScale solutions.

  • Demonstrated capability in driving new business development and achieving ambitious sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, advanced negotiation, and superior client relationship management skills.

  • A highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
