Identifying, qualifying, and securing significant new B2B opportunities for Dell’s cutting-edge Laptops, Servers, and Storage solutions in the Ugandan market.
Building and nurturing robust, long-term relationships with key corporate clients.
Conducting detailed needs assessments and expertly presenting bespoke Dell solutions that address complex business challenges (from modern end-user computing to data center infrastructure modernization).
Managing the complete sales cycle efficiently and professionally, from initial lead generation through to successful deal closure.
A minimum of 3 years of proven B2B sales experience within the technology sector in Uganda, with a track record of consistent success.
Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of Dell Technologies’ latest commercial portfolio, including:
Laptops/PCs: Current Dell Pro or Latitude models (including Al PCs).
Servers: PowerEdge 16th Generation (16G) rack and tower servers (e.g., R-series).
Enterprise Storage: PowerStore, PowerMax, or PowerScale solutions.
Demonstrated capability in driving new business development and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Excellent communication, advanced negotiation, and superior client relationship management skills.
A highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
