About the Role: Delivery Officer
We are seeking a Delivery Officer to join our fast-growing, mission-driven team. This is a remote-first, full-time, entry-level position ideal for someone passionate about tech, eager to grow, and skilled in communication and coordination.
As a Delivery Officer, you’ll act as the vital link between clients and developers—facilitating onboarding, supporting ongoing collaboration, and ensuring smooth project delivery. Your empathy, organization, and problem-solving ability will be central to our clients’ success and our developers’ satisfaction.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Your Profile:
Passion for technology and basic understanding of software development
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Empathetic, culturally aware, and relationship-oriented
Independent self-starter with a proactive mindset
Organized, responsible, and results-driven
Bachelor-level thinking (a degree is not required)
Familiar with agile development principles and collaboration tools
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Motivated to grow in a dynamic, international environment
