Job Description
This role is responsible for building and managing the Ministry of Health’s National Data Warehouse, ensuring the platform is reliable, scalable, and secure. It provides technical leadership in data architecture and business intelligence to transform national health data into accessible insights, enabling effective analysis, reporting, and evidence-based decision-making.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible to the Assistant Commissioner Health Information Management for performing the following duties
- Data Warehouse Architecture, Engineering, and Operations
- Data Integration and Interoperability Engineering
- Business Intelligence and Analytics Platform Development
- National Health Data Bank and Electronic Health Record Infrastructure
- Data centre and Cloud Infrastructure Engineering
- Performance Monitoring, Reliability Engineering, and Security
- Technical Leadership and Engineering Support
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
