Job Description
The Sales Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales and business data to support strategic decision-making and drive commercial performance.
The role focuses on transforming raw data into meaningful insights through reporting, dashboards, and trend analysis to enhance sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to support business operations and sales performance tracking.
- Generate accurate reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to support business intelligence needs.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in sales and operational data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize Advanced Excel techniques, including PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas, and macros, for data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and validate data efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Production, and Management to understand business requirements and deliver
