We are looking for a multi-tasking, attentive, and ready-to-help Customer Support Specialist. Working together with a team, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with technical issues when using our services.

Customer Inquiries:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.


Issue Resolution:

  • Address customer complaints and problems efficiently and empathetically.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized departments when necessary.


Product Guidance:

  • Assist customers with product setup, usage, and troubleshooting.

  • Provide step-by-step instructions and helpful tips to ensure optimal product use.


Documentation and Reporting

Record Keeping:

  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer support system.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records for future reference and analysis.


Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on common issues, customer feedback, and support metrics.

  • Highlight trends and suggest improvements based on data analysis.

  • Quality Assurance and Improvement


Feedback Collection:

  • Gather customer feedback to understand their needs, preferences, and satisfaction levels.

  • Use feedback to recommend improvements to products, services, and support processes.


Process Improvement:

  • Identify and suggest areas for improvement in customer support procedures.

  • Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the support team.

  • Education level: 2 years of college (minimum)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Luganda.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Interest in helping other people

  • Open to working 24/7 in shifts

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Quick learner

  • Interest in the sports industry

  • Knowledge of football betting markets is an advantage

  • Previous experience in customer support is an added advantage
