Job Description
The Customer Success Engineer will ensure a seamless client onboarding experience, provide comprehensive product training, and deliver timely resolutions to client-reported issues. This role involves supporting the implementation and monitoring of solutions deployed at client sites, preparing service reports, gathering client requirements, developing technical documentation, and contributing to service improvements. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continued alignment with client expectations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Provide second-level technical support for production services at client sites
Implement and manage system monitoring tools
Prepare and present service reports including improvement plans
Lead customer-related service improvement initiatives
Gather client requirements and translate them into technical documentation
Develop product definition, high-level and low-level design documents
Prepare technical proposals for ongoing and new projects
Collaborate with internal departments to align solutions with customer insights
Maintain strong technical relationships with clients’ engineering and business teams
Assist with reporting and build support tools to improve service delivery
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Degree or Diploma in IT, Business Management, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in application implementation and technical support
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a growth mindset and adaptability
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively
