Job Description

Influx is looking for sales-oriented, voice-capable agents who are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about music and audio technologies. This role combines customer interaction, technical understanding, and sales support in a fast-paced environment.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer interactions and support inquiries via voice channels
  • Support sales efforts by engaging customers and identifying opportunities
  • Assist with troubleshooting or guiding clients on audio and streaming solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in internal systems
  • Provide professional and polite responses at all times
  • Ensure proper monitoring, maintenance tracking, and oversight of client accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or service-related issues
