Job Description
The Customer Service & Support Officer will be responsible for managing installations, upgrades, and configurations of Smart Systems (hardware and software) at medical service providers and other facilities. The officer will also train users on new and existing products, assess system performance, and troubleshoot issues while providing continuous technical support. Additionally, the role involves marketing Smart’s products, identifying business opportunities, and participating in capacity-building activities.

How to Apply
Manage installation, upgrades, and configuration of Smart Systems (hardware and software) at medical service providers and other facilities.
Train and retrain system users on existing and new products.
Assess system performance, troubleshoot, and recommend improvements.
Launch and deliver Smart’s existing and new products and services.
Respond to and log calls from medical service providers (MSPs) and customers, providing needed services.
Identify business opportunities and engage in sales and marketing of Smart’s products.
Monitor network connectivity, data transmission, and ensure system availability at the MSP level.
Initiate and document provider meetings to promote good relationships with system users (MSPs).
Handle card processing responsibilities.
Participate in capacity-building activities and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Prepare periodic reports and submit them as required.
Maintain excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, IT, BBIT, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in IT service.
Flexible to travel on short notice to various markets as required.
Possess valid travel documents.
Proficiency in additional languages is an added advantage.
Broad knowledge of IT in healthcare and related aspects.
Strong marketing, sales, organizational, and communication skills.
Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail.
Quick learner with demonstrated product knowledge and professionalism.
Proactive and highly organized with strong time management skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
