Sales & Customer Engagement- Actively promote and sell company products to customers.

Provide accurate product information, features, and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.

Customer Service & Pick-Up Station Support- Serve as the point of contact for customers collecting online orders from the pick-up station.

Verify customer details and ensure accurate and timely handover of packages.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.

Maintain a smooth coordination between online and offline sales channels to ensure customer satisfaction.

Stock & Inventory Management

Conduct daily stock verification and update records for the assigned section.

Report low stock levels, product damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.

Support in restocking and ensuring accurate product display and labelling.

Shop Maintenance & Display Management- Ensure the shop and display areas are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Maintain proper arrangement of products according to categories and promotional guidelines.

Support in setting up promotional displays, posters, and branding materials.
