Job Description
The Country Manager will provide strategic leadership and oversee all country-level operations, including sales, delivery, regulatory affairs, and customer engagement. The role involves developing and executing a localized market growth strategy aligned with the company’s regional vision, representing Infinion before government and industry stakeholders, and driving enterprise sales across sectors such as government, healthcare, law, banking, education, telecoms, and financial technology.
The successful candidate will ensure compliance with local data protection and regulatory requirements, build high-level partnerships, champion the brand at industry events, and support digital transformation initiatives across Southern Africa.

How to Apply
Drive go-to-market strategy and achieve annual revenue targets across East Africa.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Identify, negotiate, and close high-value B2B deals.
Lead client acquisition and oversee onboarding and regional project delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
Track and report performance metrics, market trends, and sales pipeline progress.
Represent the company at industry forums, ICT policy engagements, and digital transformation summits.
Build trusted relationships with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with local laws.
Minimum 10 years of cumulative work experience, including at least 3 years in executive leadership within technology, digital transformation, enterprise sales, or public sector consulting.
Proven experience driving B2B or B2G sales and managing high-value strategic partnerships.
Strong understanding of data privacy regulations, procurement laws, and enterprise digitization trends.
Extensive networks in government, healthcare, legal, education, financial services, or related sectors.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
