How to Apply
Accurately and timely capture data from the Service Advisor’s walk round checklist into an ERP system and timely generate and dispatch repair orders to the workshop
Carry out accurate costing of jobs as per flat rate manual and hence achievement of departmental revenue targets.
Timely and accurately communicate quotation status to Service Advisors and Supervisors.
Ensure adherence to CFAO standards of quotations and job costings to avoid revenue losses.
Ensure that special order parts (SOP) adhere to Kodawari standards.
Support in accurately and timely generation of repair orders and ensuring that they are delivered to the job controller.
Diploma in automotive & power/mechanical engineering or Advanced Motor Vehicle certificate or related course.
