Job Description
Administer company costing system in ERP, ensuring integrity and accuracy of data at all times.
Ensure pricing of company products in line with approved policies at all times.
Assume ownership of controls governing inventory movement.
Coordination of monthly, quarterly and annual stock counts, Work in Progress (WIP) valuation, reconciliation and investigation of variances for corrective action.
Coordinate preparation of annual corporate budgets-origination to approval.
Prepare variance analytics reports (annual vs budgeted performance) and follow up with budget owners.
Liaise with line managers to find identity areas of wastage with recommended remedial measures.
Prepare periodic management repprts.ie cost and margin analysis reports among others.
Administer company product manufacturing module in the ERP.
Ensure appropriate controls are observed in job opening, completion and closure processes.
Monitor daily activities such as purchases to ensure costs are within approved budgets.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors in Business Administration-Finance, Bachelors in Commerce and ACCA or CPA.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in cost accounting.
Knowledge of Inventory management.
Familiarity with cost pricing analytics.
Ability to perform factory analytics and track cost efficiencies.
