Job Description
The Corporate Account Manager plays a vital role in client relationship development and business growth. The position requires engaging with senior-level stakeholders across multiple departments (Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Marketing, HR, etc.) to:
Understand and align with client business strategies.
Offer tailored Airtel solutions including network services, IoT, CPaaS, security, and cloud-based platforms.
Deepen relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to identify client opportunities.
Regularly propose improvements for cost optimization and digital transformation aligned with customer needs.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Engage with new and existing corporate clients at the management level to explore and understand business strategies.
Develop long-term strategic relationships across client departments.
Map client IT and business requirements to relevant Airtel products and industry trends.
Identify and respond to market shifts and competitor activities.
Develop client-specific proposals and solutions to improve efficiency and meet technological goals.
Provide post-sales support and strategic account management to ensure ongoing value delivery.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to Airtel’s growth in the enterprise sector.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certifications in sales, ICT, or business management are an added advantage.
Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in sales and relationship management for mid-sized businesses.
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
Strong understanding of fixed and mobile connectivity services.
Familiarity with enterprise solutions such as Network-as-a-Service (NaaS), Communications Platform-as-a-Service (CPaaS), Internet of Things (IoT), security solutions, and cloud technologies.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise operations and governance.
Industry knowledge with ability to translate sector-specific challenges into technical solutions.
Competencies:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Strategic thinking and customer-centric approach.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
