  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs, expectations and feedback

  • Providing solutions and recommendations to clients based on their requirements and Sprintug's products and services

  • Negotiating contracts, renewals and upgrades with clients

  • Resolving any issues or complaints that arise during the client lifecycle

  • Collaborating with other departments within Sprintug to ensure client satisfaction and retention

  • Identifying new opportunities and leads for business growth and expansion

The qualifications for this role are:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication or related field

  • At least 3 years of experience in client relationship management, sales or account management

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

  • Knowledge of the internet service industry and Sprintug's products and services

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • High level of professionalism, integrity and customer orientation
