Job Overview
Yuasa Trading is seeking a Clearing and Forwarding Officer to manage and coordinate all customs clearance activities. This includes overseeing the receipt, inspection, storage, and release of goods under Transit Entry Tl, as well as ensuring that all documentation and declarations are completed accurately and in compliance with statutory requirements.

How to Apply
Oversee the receipt, inspection, and release of goods in a bonded warehouse under Transit Entry Tl.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of customs documentation and declarations.
Maintain compliance with all customs regulations and statutory requirements.
Coordinate closely with internal departments, customs officials, and external stakeholders.
Monitor and track shipments and entries to ensure timely clearance.
Utilize BWIMS and other relevant customs software for efficient processing.
Maintain proper records and generate required reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a bonded warehouse environment.
Experience working in a fast-paced operational setting.
Strong knowledge of BWIMS and other customs-related systems and procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
