Job Description
Job Title: Clearing and Forwarding Officer
Organisation: Yuasa Investments Limited
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
This role involves overseeing the receipt, storage, inspection, and release of units under Transit Entry T1, as well as ensuring timely documentation and declaration of all relevant custom entries and adherence to statutory requirements.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a relevant field.
3 years experience in a similar role within a bonded warehouse environment is an added advantage.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient understanding of the BWIMS system and other relevant customs software including knowledge of procedures and processes for entry and exit
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
