Utilize modeling and design software for project planning and preparation of bidding documents/proposals.
Review technical submissions, write reports, and manage project budgets.
Liaise with various bodies and individuals, including local authorities, government agencies, clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, technical experts, and consultants.
Stay updated on water and environmental matters and policy developments.
Monitor project progress from bidding through procurement to commissioning.
Maintain and expand the portfolio of clients by developing professional relationships.
Manage project management and planning for sites, including site setting, staffing, budgets, and safety.
Oversee work done on-site, including planning, designing, scheduling, managing construction crews, and ensuring compliance.
Provide technical advice and solve problems on-site.
Conduct site inspections, record and control construction quality.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a recognized University/Institution.
At least three (3) years of experience as a water Engineer.
Relevant working experience of 3 (three) years as a Project & Cost Accountant, or in a similar position, in a large and reputable organization, preferably a vibrant commercial organization, or a civil works Company, or an Investment Company.
