Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee cash and profit control across all LexorMart supermarket branches.
- Conduct margin analysis at supermarket and SKU level to optimise profitability.
- Lead shrinkage and loss control initiatives across all branches.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategy to support business growth.
- Manage supplier relationships and oversee cost management processes.
- Implement and monitor effective cost control measures organisation-wide.
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure timely, accurate management accounts.
- Ensure full compliance with tax, VAT, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate audit processes and maintain robust internal controls.
