Reporting to the Group Board, the CEO will: Set and execute the overall corporate strategy aligned to IPO preparation. Lead the day-to-day operations of a national mobile network operator. Drive revenue growth, network expansion, and market share in a competitive telecoms environment. Partner closely with the CFO and executive team to deliver public-company governance, controls, and reporting standards. Lead relationships with regulators, government bodies, investors, and advisers. Build and develop a high-performing executive leadership team. Represent the organisation externally with credibility across African and international markets.
