As a casual Nurse you will be hired on a temporary or intermittent basis to fulfill short-term or irregular work requirements. You will not have a fixed, ongoing commitment with us and you will not have the same level of job security or benefits as full-time or permanent employees. You will usually be employed to address fluctuating workloads, seasonal demands, or specific projects where the need for labour or workers is uncertain or irregular. There will be time when you will have irregular working hours, and your employment may not be guaranteed beyond each individual assignment or working day.
