Deadline: 9th December 2025
Handle customer and staff inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Educate current and potential customers about product and service offerings. Make and receive calls as assigned by the designated supervisor.
Accurately update communication logs for every customer interaction.
Actively participate in team meetings, engage in sales activities over the phone, collect payments, and address issues related to tracker functionality.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum of three months of experience in a call centre environment.
Excellent proficiency in computer applications.
Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
Demonstrated integrity, strong work ethic, and a proactive, positive attitude.
