Job Description
Salaam Bank is hiring Call Centre Officer responsible for customer inquiries, resolving complaints, offering product information, and escalating complex issues appropriately to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional & courteous manner
- Provide accurate information regarding the organization’s products, services.
- Log all customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
- Ensure adherence to call center policies, scripts, and quality standards
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to management for service improvement
