Job Description
The Business Development Officer (PSI) is primarily responsible for bid management, business performance analysis, and acting as a liaison between IT and other departments. The role involves managing end-to-end bid processes, including RFPs and RFQs, and developing persuasive pitch decks for banking and insurance services. This senior-level position also requires facilitating technical solutions and conducting thorough data mapping for government-related integrations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Business Development
Bid Management:
- Manage the end-to-end process of bids including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and EOIs for Banking Services & Insurance Services for Govt entities
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information and resources for bid responses.
- Develop compelling and comprehensive bid proposals and ensure timely submissions.
- Maintain a repository of bid documents, templates, and case studies for future reference.
Pitch Deck Development:
- Create visually appealing and persuasive pitch deck slides to support business development activities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to tailor pitch decks according to client requirements and preferences.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all pitch deck presentations.
Business Performance Analysis:
