Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage a high performing sales team to achieve business growth and market penetration objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly sales and portfolio quality targets.
- Build a performance driven sales culture through coaching, motivation, and continuous team development.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve team performance through regular field visits, performance reviews, and structured reporting.
- Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and market expansion initiatives.
- Lead and support marketing activities to increase product uptake and brand visibility.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with senior management to align sales initiatives with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, credit procedures, and regulatory requirements.
