Job Description

To lead and develop a high performing sales team, drive business growth, expand market reach, and achieve monthly sales and portfolio targets through effective strategy execution and team leadership.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, coach, and manage a high performing sales team to achieve business growth and market penetration objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly sales and portfolio quality targets.
  • Build a performance driven sales culture through coaching, motivation, and continuous team development.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve team performance through regular field visits, performance reviews, and structured reporting.
  • Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Lead and support marketing activities to increase product uptake and brand visibility.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align sales initiatives with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, credit procedures, and regulatory requirements.
