Job Description

The ICT Officer (Applications & Digital Solutions) will be responsible for the full-cycle development and administration of Microsoft Dynamics BC, designing and managing system integrations, automating business processes, and delivering reporting and analytics solutions aligned to organisational business.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Software Design, Development & Deployments for Dynamics Business Central back end and Front-end Customizations.
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom web and desktop applications.
  • Build and maintain internal tools, dashboards, and automation scripts.
  • Design and develop RESTful and SOAP APIs for system integrations.
  • Develop and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and views for SQL/Oracle DBMS.
  • Implement secure coding practices and ensure application-layer security.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including system architecture and API specifications.
  • Design database and application high-availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) frameworks.
  • Manage risk assessments for ICT strategies and resolve audit issues.
