Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Server & Systems Administration: Manage and maintain server environments (Production, UAT, Staging, and Failover/DR), manage Active Directory, and perform regular health checks.
- Network Administration: Configure and manage switches, routers, wireless access points, and SD-WAN policies.
- Security Infrastructure: Configure firewall rules, monitor logs, and manage antivirus/endpoint protection systems.
- Hybrid Cloud Management: Coordinate on-premises servers with Azure cloud environments and support identity synchronization.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery: Configure/monitor backups and own operational execution of BCP and DR procedures including quarterly failover tests.
- VPN Management: Configure and manage site-to-site and client VPN connections with MFA.
- Asset Management: Maintain inventory of servers and network devices and coordinate hardware procurement.
- Training & Documentation: Deliver ICT awareness sessions on cybersecurity hygiene and maintain the self-service knowledge base.
