Job Description
The Business Development Intern will support the Business Development team in executing key growth initiatives across customer engagement, marketing, research, and data analysis. Interns will gain exposure to the workings of the digital payments ecosystem, enhance their understanding of go-to-market strategies, and assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. The role offers valuable learning opportunities in a fast-paced fintech environment, particularly in market research, strategy execution, digital communications, and operational coordination.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Support customer onboarding processes
Assist with marketing initiatives and digital outreach
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with the BD team to support growth strategies
Prepare reports and presentations as needed
Participate in planning and execution of go-to-market strategies
Assist in relationship management with partners and clients

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:
Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
Skills and Competencies:
Strong interest in digital payments, fintech, banking, or technology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with basic data analytics tools
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with good interpersonal skills
