Job Description
The internship program is tailored to provide young professionals with hands-on experience in agritech innovation. Interns will work alongside experts in AI, IoT, and renewable energy to develop, test, and implement smart hive solutions that support sustainable beekeeping and precision pollination.
Participants will gain exposure to the inner workings of a high-impact startup while contributing to real-world projects. The program emphasizes learning through engagement, fieldwork, and mentorship, especially encouraging women to apply and take up roles in science and technology.

How to Apply
Interns will be placed in one of the following departments based on their area of study and interest:
Computer Engineering: Assist with backend systems, mobile app integration, and cloud services.
Embedded Microsystems Engineering: Support the development and testing of smart hive devices.
IoT Engineering: Work on real-time hive monitoring and sensor integration.
Grant Writing: Help research and develop funding proposals.
Partnership & Engagement: Assist in outreach, stakeholder management, and onboarding partners.
Accounting & Finance: Support financial reporting, planning, and budgeting tasks.
Minimum Requirements:
Recent graduate or final-year student in a relevant field.
0–1 year of experience.
Desired Competencies:
Passionate about climate-smart agriculture and technology.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Tech-savvy with good analytical thinking.
Self-motivated and eager to contribute to impactful solutions.
