Business Development and Partnerships Associate (Re-advertised) job at Sun King

The Business Development and Partnerships Associate at Sun King plays a key role in driving market expansion and strengthening the company’s partner ecosystem. We are seeking a results-driven and strategic professional with a strong ability to build relationships, develop effective market strategies, and accelerate revenue growth across existing accounts and new retail channels.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, executing a robust route-to-market strategy, and ensuring Sun King products reach a broad consumer base through retail and distribution partners.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Cultivate and manage relationships with existing partners, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
Leverage retail experience to build and onboard new retail outlets, distributors, and partners, and develop and implement plans to maximize product visibility and availability in the market.
Design and execute effective route-to-market (RTM) strategies to optimize distribution, improve supply chain efficiency, and increase market penetration for Sun King’s solar product portfolio.
Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting through negotiation and closing, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to generate actionable market intelligence that informs product development and sales strategy.
Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, technical teams, and other support functions to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment with company objectives.
