Job Description
The Branch Coordinator is responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, mentoring and retaining Sales Representatives, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. This role requires strong leadership to build stakeholder relationships and coordinate sales and collections activities. The candidate will also oversee marketing efforts and provide continuous training to enhance team productivity.

How to Apply
Source new business opportunities in the assigned region.
Achieve sales targets for the respective branch under supervision.
Motivate, mentor, and maintain high energy levels in the sales team.
Ensure growth in the number of active and retained Sales Representatives.
Provide continuous and thorough training for Sales Representatives.
Supervise office operations and administrative functions to ensure compliance.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support sales and collections activities.
Coordinate marketing activities for the branch.
Ensure effective supervision of the assigned branch operations.
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a financial institution.
Strong knowledge of Asset Finance.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
