Job Description
Job Title: Bond Clerk (Fresher Jobs)
Organisation: Newrest Uganda Inflight Services
Duty Station: Entebbe, Uganda
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Ensures that all bonded stock is controlled and available for all Kitchen Staff
Implementing regular inventory control and updating stock levels
Ensuring that all equipment is well handled and training staff on it’s usage
Monitors stock levels hence make orders for all airlines equipment
Communicates and liaises with customs/URA officials on goods received /goods to be destroyed
Participation and acquisition of spare parts locally and internationally and modification where necessary
Maintaining Computer Inventory System
Ensures that equipment doesn’t over stay in pantry before washing
Keeping of records upon receiving issues, transfers, expiry, and maintaining database within the workshop
Attending to Aircraft and assists in loading as may be required
Correctly fill and complete records as per the required frequency.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
At least 2 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
Ability to lead a team communicate and make reports
Experience in warehouse management is key and and stock rotation
Computer and customer service skills in terms of email responses.
