Job Description
K Hotels is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join its hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously
- Process payments and maintain accurate sales records
