Job Description
Excelon Limited is looking for a skilled Bartender/Mixologist to join their team in Nanyuki. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, mixing, and serving a variety of beverages while ensuring high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Drink Preparation: Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Customer Service: Engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and product knowledge; recommend drinks and upsell premium options.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, request replenishments, and ensure proper storage of spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain bar area cleanliness, adhere to food safety standards, and comply with health regulations.
- Cash Handling: Process payments accurately, balance cash drawers, and issue receipts.
- Innovation: Create signature cocktails and contribute to seasonal drink menus.
- Compliance: Adhere to licensing laws, responsible alcohol service guidelines, and company policies.
