Job Description
Processing insurance applications, renewals, endorsements and cancellations
Location
Lira, Arua, Hoima, Mbale, Busia, Jinja, Fort Portal, Kabale, Wobulenzi, Kisoro, Mityana, Masaka.
Duties and Responsibilities
Processing insurance applications, renewals, endorsements and cancellations
Issuing policy documents, certificates and receipts to the bank partners and customers
Handling customer queries and complaints related to Bancassurance products and services
Maintaining accurate records and reports of Bancassurance transactions and activities
Liaising with the insurance companies and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth Bancassurance operations

Qualifications and Competencies
Work Experience
A minimum of 3 months in a field setting or an office or banking setting.
Added Advantage: Work experience in a sales or banking environment.
Education and Training
Required: Minimum of a bachelor's degree from a recognized University
Desirable: Degree in a business-related discipline with marketing and sales cores.
Added Advantage: Holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP) or Certificate in Insurance (CIU).
