Job Description
The Bancassurance Sales Officer is a role that involves selling insurance products to customers through various banking channels.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Bancassurance Sales Officer is a role that involves selling insurance products to customers through various banking channels. The main duties of this job are:
Identifying and contacting potential customers and leads for insurance sales
Conducting needs analysis and providing suitable insurance solutions to customers
Building and maintaining relationships with bank staff and customers
Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support
Achieving sales targets and performance indicators
Complying with regulatory and company policies and procedures
Qualifications and Competencies
Work Experience
A minimum of 3 months in a field setting or an office or banking setting.
Added Advantage: Work experience in a sales or banking environment.
Education and Training
Required: Minimum of a bachelor's degree from a recognized University
Desirable: Degree in a business-related discipline with marketing and sales cores.
Added Advantage: Holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP) or Certificate in Insurance (CIU).
Location
Lira, Arua, Hoima, Mbale, Busia, Jinja, Fort Portal, Kabale, Wobulenzi, Kisoro, Mityana, Masaka.
