Job Description
The Backend Developer will be responsible for designing and maintaining GraphQL APIs and services that integrate with multiple data sources, including relational and NoSQL databases. The role involves optimizing API performance, ensuring secure authentication and authorization, and collaborating with frontend teams to deliver user-focused solutions. The developer will write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, participate in code reviews, and support architecture planning. Additional responsibilities include monitoring and debugging backend services, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and staying updated with the latest GraphQL ecosystem trends and tools.

How to Apply
Design, develop, and maintain GraphQL APIs and resolvers.
Optimize API performance with caching, batching, and query efficiency.
Integrate APIs with relational/NoSQL databases, REST APIs, and external services.
Collaborate with frontend developers and product managers to meet business needs.
Implement backend security measures (authentication, authorization, rate-limiting, validation).
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture planning.
Monitor, debug, and improve backend service reliability.
Stay updated on GraphQL and backend development best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Proven experience as a backend developer with GraphQL in production environments.
Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, or similar backend languages.
Strong database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Experience with authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT).
Familiarity with frameworks such as Apollo Server, Express.js, or NestJS.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
