Job Description
Job Title: Associate (No Experience Jobs)
Organisation: J. Samuel Richards & Associates
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Job Summary: Responsible for client work as delegated by the Team Leader. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of work with attention to detail, while maintaining productivity.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Perform audit procedures on financial statements and other client deliverables in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
Assist in planning, fieldwork, and completion phases of audit engagements.
Identify and communicate accounting, auditing, or internal control issues to supervisors.
Support preparation of client reports, management letters, and other deliverables.
Maintain professional relationships with clients, demonstrating strong communication and responsiveness.
Demonstrate commitment to learning and professional development through active participation in training and mentorship.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Degree in accounting, business or related discipline
