Job Description
The overall purpose of this role is to provide support in implementation of the Field Assist App through coordination, training and addressing any issues that may arise in its adoption.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate with all sales users to ensure proper load out and load in are done on time through the app.
Address issues on the application in case of technical difficulty as L1 level support locally.
Ensure all escalations are moved to L2 level which is the vendor.
Have 100% understanding of the working of the Field Assist (FA) App and support with queries.
Conduct trainings on usage as and when required.
Co-ordinate with finance and logistics to ensure smooth operation of the process flow.
Learn and use the dashboards and prepare reports as need by sales team.
Be adept with planning requirements of hardware during expansion. Mobiles, printers. Coordinate with procurement team for the same.
Qualifications and Competencies

2-4 years of working experience in a similar set up
Good Excel skills
Tech Savvy
Strong interpersonal skills
Team player
