Job Description
To provide legal advisory services and support the Board in ensuring compliance with the Surveyors Registration Act, applicable regulations, professional standards, and ethical guidelines, including oversight of complaints, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will provide legal and regulatory advice to the Board and its Committees;
- Monitor compliance of registered surveyors with statutory and ethical requirements;
- Manage complaints, investigations, and disciplinary proceedings;
- Support enforcement of regulatory decisions;
- Prepare legal, compliance, and investigation reports;
- Support Board and Committee meetings; and engage stakeholders on compliance and ethical standards.
